SUPERVISION POLICY
 
Children must be supervised at all times.
 
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

At Xtreme Hair, we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable experience for our Guests and Team members. The Xtreme Hair team understands that sometimes unavoidable circumstances can conflict with your scheduled appointment and therefore cause you to cancel.    As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 48 hours' notice of your already scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made after the 48-hour required cancellation period will be subject to a 50% charge of your service fee, and any cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows to your appointments will be subject to a 100% charge of your service fee. The salon offers email and text reminders for your scheduled appointments.

*Please note:  When you receive your text/email reminder, you must reply "Yes" to confirm. However, if you cannot make your appointment, we ask you to call the salon to cancel and reschedule for another date.

Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist's schedules that can only be filled with timely notice. This 48-hour courtesy notification enables us to schedule other clients and, in turn, maintains the availability of services for you and other salon guests.

Due to the volume and flow of the stylists' schedules, if you expect to be late to your appointment, we would appreciate a courtesy call to the salon to let us know you are on your way. If you are more than 10 minutes late arriving at your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule due to the scheduling of other appointments.

At Xtreme Hair, we try to be as prompt and efficient with our scheduling as possible, sometimes, services require more time than expected, and we will give a courtesy call to clients when stylists are running late. However, in some cases, we can not foresee the issue; please be aware that each guest has different needs, and in some cases, the stylist might be running late. We will make your stay as comfortable as possible.
 
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

There are times when the weather causes the need to cancel appointments. We respect the safety of others, and in these cases, we do not require a 48-hour cancellation. Please be aware that the salon will be open if we are able to arrive safely and on time. If Xtreme Hair needs to close due to inclement weather, the team will contact each client from the first appointment to the last and will work to accommodate the canceled guests on another date as soon as possible.
 
DEPOSITS FOR EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of $50 is required to reserve 1 hour or longer appointments. (Ex: smoothing services, Color, Balayage, Extensions, etc.) This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation for these long appointment blocks, a 48-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.
 
RETURN POLICY

Services – The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give our clients the utmost satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact the salon coordinator within seven days so we may address these concerns promptly. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Xtreme Hair will gladly make any adjustments at no cost within ten days of the original service.

Salon Products – Our Team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your hair's health and style. If you are unhappy with a product purchase, please exchange or return it within ten days from the date of sale, and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we cannot offer refunds on products that are used and opened after ten days. The team at Xtreme Hair will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.

PAYMENT TYPES/GRATUITY

Xtreme Hair gladly accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card and must only be cash or check. Some stylists accept Venmo or Cash App.

*Your Satisfaction and Salon Experience are essential to us. 

The salon stylist will discuss your service's cost before they begin it. Service payment is to be paid in full at the time of service. We appreciate your loyalty and business. We are committed to making your experience a beautiful experience! Thank you for allowing us to make your day.

NEW POLICY

These are new policies regarding: Cancellations, late and missed appointments

We require clients to leave a $50 deposit for services that are one hour or more to hold an appointment. For appointments canceled in less than 48 hours, we charge 50% of the service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “no-show” will incur a charge for the total service amount. Xtreme Hair understands that sometimes schedules change, and we kindly request a 48-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

In the event that you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we may have to reschedule if you are over 15 minutes late and your service cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. After running late for two appointments or more, we will charge your appointment the full amount of services booked, and you will be asked to reschedule.
