2 / Xtreme Hair’s Hair Extension Consultation Deposit Policy

​

A $50 non refundable fee is required upon booking an appointment with our Hair Extensionist for a consultation. This fee will be applied to the Hair extension service scheduled with our service provider, if the service is booked at time of consultation. A 24 hour cancellation window is required in order to be refunded for your deposit.

REWARDS & LOYALTY PROGRAM

 

As a thank you for continued loyalty, Xtreme Hair is introducing a Rewards & Loyalty Program.  Points are accumulated with every dollar spent in the salon on services and retail, referring a friend, prebooking your next appointment and posting or tagging us on social media.  Clients are automatically enrolled!  Program starts on January 1, 2026!

 

WAYS TO EARN POINTS:

• 1 point for every dollar spent on services.

• 1 point for every dollar spent on retail.

• 100 points for prebooking your next salon appointment.

• 300 points for referring a friend.

• 10 points for posting and tagging us on social media.

 

REDEEMING POINTS:

100 points equal $1 towards retail.  You must have 2000 points to be eligible to redeem $20 for retail, or 2500 points to redeem for a  $25 treatment. 

Points are non-transferable.  All points expire at the end of every year.
